We stopped in for coffee and cake, and everything was fantastic! The staff were all so friendly, smiley, and happy to help, which made the visit even better. One of the best mochas I’ve had!! The cakes were delicious too. We’ll definitely be back!

My sister and I came into Roots randomly and we were so impressed by the standard of food and service. We were greeted by a lady named Annemarie who was very accommodating and friendly and also gave us lots of recommendations for Galway! I had the carbonara and it was super tasty and fresh. The coffees were perfect, and we took away some scones, and they were the best I have had in a while! Will definitely be back if I am back in Loughrea again, a great gem.

The best cafe in loughrea, cannot recommend this place enough! Food is delicious and cannot be beaten. The staff go above and beyond for their customers, always with a friendly welcome! The coffee is 10/10! Definitely worth a visit

Love this place went with my 3 little boys who had a pizza to share and chips they loved it we had a chicken caesar salad and coffee thr waitress was a,young girl very friendly and made the boys laugh!

06/07/2025: Ordered a delivery on Sunday 6th of July food was very hot. Delivery didn't take long at all and delivery driver was very pleasant. Food was also nice will order again.
30/04/2025: We visited this restaurant on Saturday for a meal we won as a Christmas prize. Having been to this restaurant many times when I lived in Loughrea town, it was always one of my favorites. Although I hadn't been there in quite a while since moving out of town, I was thrilled to find that it still exceeds expectations! The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome and well-cared for throughout our meal. Each course was a delight, with mouth-watering flavors that left us craving more. The ambiance was perfect, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made our dining experience even more enjoyable. This restaurant is an absolute must-visit for anyone seeking an extraordinary dining experience!
