Roots Café & Bistro, Loughrea in Loughrea legal town

Recently dined in Roots for a Work baby lunch - it was lovely, great service, efficient, had food list sent in "preordered" so no time wasted waiting, have to compliment AnneMarie & team, Great job :)

Warm atmosphere, friendly staff and the food is top notch, they make the best omelette in town hats off to the chefs. Exquisite dining 👌👌👌

The vegan friendly dahl is delicious, wholesome and very filling. I would highly recommend it. 👌

Had lunch here today and it was the nicest pizza I have eaten, absolutely delicious and plenty of toppings. The coconut and courgette soup is definitely worth a try too.

The quality of the soup and sandwiches is unreal. Totally superior!! Would highly recommend! (Used for company lunch, very fast service)

I found Roots Loughrea by chance as I am a lover of a cooked breakfast and up till then, thought Weavers Rest was the buzz. Next to Aldi/ Supervalue, Bjorn etc ( far side of the town) Roots restaurant is located. Decor is A1 to start with, making u think, that such a restaurant must b very pricey and breakfast probably Continental! How wrong was I, after being seated with a menu I opted for the mini breakfast €9.90. 'Mini' no way! Mushrooms, 1 bacon,1 sausage, 1 white and 1 black pudding, 1 egg, beans, ciabatta toast r brown soda and T and what's more, all is served by really lovely staff under the supervision of two great managers! If you like your food, then check Roots out, especially their premises in Loughrea and I promise you, that you will keep returning. I have nothing whatsoever to do with this restaurant, just wanted others to enjoy this great eatery. Keep up the great quality guys, and of course to those in the kitchen that we never see. Cheers

Had to organise a very large group for lunch. I contacted the manager, she was very pleasant to deal with and the commutation was outstanding. She went out for her to make this large group work on such a busy lunch time. They accommodated for our every need (Staff were amazing). The food and portions sizes were prefect. I would highly recommend 👌

Really tasty food and the staff were very kind and accommodating. We had vegetarians in our group who were very happy with their choices.
