27/06/2025: Bring on the Michelin Stars! The food was amazing! All the courses utilized local resources. The dishes were all beautiful and delicious. Chef Angelo himself gave us an after dinner tour of the kitchen with such confidence and pride. We were warmly introduced to the Sous and Pastry Chefs. The kitchen was a mixture of an art studio and chemistry lab designed to serve dishes both pleasing to the eye and the pallet. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, striking a perfect balance between elegance and comfort. Soft lighting, tasteful décor, and an attentive staff set the stage for what for a dining experience on the Orient Express. What truly set this restaurant apart was not only the quality of the food but the way it was presented—each plate was a canvas, and each dish a work of art. The service was impeccable, with knowledgeable servers who were happy to offer thoughtful wine pairings and describe each course in detail. In every way, this restaurant delivered an exceptional dining experience. Whether you’re a devoted foodie or someone simply looking for a memorable night out, this place deserves a spot at the top of your list. I can’t wait to return.
