Rosa Madre in Dublin

Honestly, it was great. Whether it was the starters, main courses, or desserts we had, everything was good. The setting is already superb, the restaurant has a very classy style. The servers are very friendly and do a very good job. Coming back to the food, the ingredients are more than respected and prepared correctly. No regrets when you see the bill because we get our money's worth! This restaurant is authentic in its flavors and atmosphere.

The best tortellini we've ever tried. The meat was also very, very good. The only flaw was that they put us at a table next to a shelf, and the waiters were constantly taking and taking away glasses. The staff was very, very friendly; we would definitely come back.

Absolutely loved the grilled octopus and pumpkin and basil sauce - cooked to perfection and the flavours are perfectly balanced. This was my first time having parmigiana and I enjoyed that too. The butter for the bread was also wonderfully salty and points for that being complimentary. The star of the show was the paccheri ragu; I actually ended up finishing my partner’s for him. I got the special which was ravioli, nduja, burrata and pistachio but I found the sauce not very enjoyable (reminded me of a west Africa palm oil heavy dish). The tiramisu was great and was surprised by the accompaniment of ice cream. Also points for the tiramisu being in a square shape rather than in a cup to disguise the size. The wine list is extensive. The food is so well priced for the quality and portion sizes. The ambience is great for date night. If I had one complaint, it’s that no one came round to offer dessert after the main course. Otherwise perfection and definitely will be back.

From the moment we entered to the moment we left it was exceptional! I can’t emphasize enough how impressed I was. We are out for dinner in Dublin every weekend and this is a new level of hospitality ! Luca is a gentleman and made sure we were happy with our table, the food and service was flawless and the wine was pure perfection! I’m looking forward to returning already , 10 out of 10 ! 👏

We were able to walk in without reservations. Their pasta is delicious. Oyster was very fresh.

Haven’t had such good seafood for a long while! Loved the spicy shrimp dish!!! Every seafood plate was done perfectly. The restaurant is just off the famous Temple Bar street.

Place is great and has an amazing vibe but the food does not align with the price. Great experience for a date and the service was top. We were just missing that special dish that matched with the place and the price.

The best restaurant food and service we received on our trip to Ireland! Highly recommend.

El pescado es absolutamente de primera clase, porciones son grandes para este tipo de restaurante. El Tiramisu es maravilloso y lo suficientemente grande para compartir. Disfrute probablemente del mejor restaurante de Dublín.

Una experiencia tan cálida y genial. El personal era tan, tan agradable y la comida era maravillosa. Buena comida, buen vino, buen humor. Un lugar donde se puede comer tranquilamente lejos del animado Temple Bar, pero dentro de Temple Bar. Volveremos y recomendaremos 100%!
