Rosa Madre in Dublin

Had a really good meal at Rosa Madre. Started with the burrata and tomatoes, fresh and tasty, just good honest food. The crab toast was very nice as well, full of flavour and done right. For the main, I had the fillet steak and it was cooked just how it should be — tender and full of taste. Nothing fancy for the sake of it, just proper food done well. They also have a huge wine list, plenty to choose from, no matter what you like. All in all, a solid Italian restaurant with good food, good wine, and a comfortable place to sit and enjoy a proper meal. Would happily go back.

Rosa Madre is absolutely fantastic! I tried the tagliolini with half lobster and the scallops, and both were perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The burrata starter was creamy and fresh, and for dessert we had the tiramisù — honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. If you want a real Italian experience in Dublin, this is the place. No wonder it’s considered one of the best Italian restaurants in the city.

A must-visit Italian in Dublin!!! My family came to visit me from Spain and I took them to Rosa Madre. The atmosphere was amazing, they gave us a really comfortable table and the staff were attentive the whole time. The price is totally fair for the portion sizes and, above all, for the flavour. We tried the burrata, the octopus and the oysters, I really liked all and was beautifully presented. The location is amazing too, just a two-minute walk from Temple Bar, so you can finish the night with a cocktail in the centre. My parents were really happy. I’ll definitely bring anyone who comes to visit me here, 100% worth it.

Rosa Madre is the perfect place for a date night. The atmosphere is cosy and elegant without feeling pretentious. We shared the beef tartare and the scallops to start, both beautifully presented and delicious. I had pasta with clams and my partner ordered the ravioli with truffle – honestly hard to say which was better. Service was warm and professional, and they really take care of you. Finished with the homemade tiramisú, which was a showstopper. We’ll definitely be back.

I came to Dublin on holiday and saw recommendations on Instagram to visit this place, and it definitely lived up to the hype. The food is incredible and the staff are extremely friendly. They were attentive to our needs at all times and gave spot-on recommendations. The ravioli and the ragù were outstanding. You can’t leave without trying the desserts. We will definitely be back!

I come to know my experience in this wonderful and authentic restaurant in the heart of the Temple Bar. We were in Ireland about 10 days ago and we went to some restaurants, which were reasonable. We discovered this restaurant by our hotel recommendation, feel sorry to have been in the last 3 days of our stay in ireland. We loved everything, and we repeat two dinners. From everything we tasted we loved burrata, the super fresh oysters, the praws were delicious, high quality ingredients. We tried the salt seabass , claims linguini and a lobster linguini that were divine. Very complete wine list, the best I saw in Dublin. Very friendly and very professional service. I would gladly write and highly recommend this restaurant. Almost forgot that tiramisu 👌
