The staff easily handled the chaos of 8 adults and 2 kids and 2 infants with strollers. The food was incredible and the fixed course menu allowed everyone to get something they wanted.
I would go back just for the warm chocolate fondant again.
Went along for the Tapas offering on a Thursday. The tapas was absolutely delicious and could not be faulted. What spoiled the evening was the dessert offering. We could see the 5 front of house staff were busy, so we patiently waited 45 minutes after asking for a dessert menu, to have one delivered. We were totally disappointed when our ‘chocolate fondant’ that arrived, was quite clearly just a muffin from their coffee dock that had been steamed and served with a scoop of ice cream. Definitely not worth the 45 minute wait and screams of the usual corner cutting of the Redmond Hotel Group.
Absolutely 💯, I got for starters, slow_cooked pork belly with tiger prawns, and Asian dressing, and main course, was spied miso salmon fillet, pickled oyster mushrooms,
