Best rib eye steak I've had in a long time

There were four of us for dinner, and we ordered steak with sides. We started with homemade bread, served with a delicious orange butter and a pepper dip. This was followed by an amuse-bouche of beetroot and goat cheese, which was also very tasty. The steaks are the restaurant's signature dish, and the meat was incredibly tender and flavorful. Each steak comes with a dip and a side dish. We had the potatoes and the truffle fries, and both were exceptionally delicious. The service was very attentive and courteous. We would gladly return.

Had a superb meal here for our last night in Ireland. Couldn't believe we were the only ones in the restaurant on a Thursday! Seems like a missed opportunity for many!
