Royal Court in Edenderry

I have to say, Hyashi has gone really downhill. They started out, with Jenny at the front, being quite good. Over a few years they ran out of most of the separate types of fish, like tuna, and salmon eggs, and then over the last year (I think Jenny and the entire crew area all gone) it has become just terrible. Raw salmon is the basis for everything. And then the rice is typically undercooked. It has the solid core in the middle. I used to order once a week and then it became once every several weeks and then over a few months and this the last. It's actually getting worse. You think the people making the sushi read about how to do it online. The rice actually has the solid center core uncooked now. We threw out the last meal because it just isn't any good and for around 20 for a mix plate, it's throwing money away.
