Excellent service and great food

Rubys is thriving while other restaurants are failing! Why ... easy - good customer service. Plenty of food. Open convenient hours. Family friendly. Good value for money. Have they - like all restaurants had to make cut backs? Yes, the food is not as high quality, but they are still open & busy and will get through this cost of living crisis & Ruby's will still be one of our family's favourites!

I enjoy eating at Ruby's and will go again in the future.

Had time to kill In the area and decided to come here, I was very intrigued by the cool wooden doors that open up into a high ceiling room with nice decor, front of house was very polite. Got seated straight away and my food arrived pretty fast. Super effective service, all the staff seemed pretty happy to be working here by the looks of it , good food and 8 euro margs!! We came here for lunch! I have to say that we received an average meal and average service after not the warmest welcome! I'm not saying you shouldn't try it, but I'm also not saying you should.

We dropped in here without a booking on a busy Tuesday evening. After a 10 minute wait, we were shown to our table and given menus by a very friendly gentleman. The menu is reasonably priced with lots of choices. One of my daughters had been here before and was able to advise on the portion size and thank goodness she did. Three of us shared nachos and garlic bread and they were delicious but huge portions. Thankfully I had ordered the starter portion of creamy garlic prawns that comes with ciabatta (and was delicious) and the other two ordered combo meals which included ribs, burger, chicken wings and chips and they had to ask for takeaway boxes as they were so full. The rest of the family excluded from the day out thoroughly enjoyed the takeaways. Service was most pleasant and efficient. It was very busy various parties. Great place.
