Cracking spot located in an old church in the middle of town.
Arrived on a jam packed father's day. We were waiting 20 before we got a table, but it was worth the wait! Service was excellent and food was out very quickly despite being rammed. Burger was delicious 🤤

Really nice little place, the owners have converted an old church tastefully and done a really good job. Food is excellent in more of a cafe style rather than what you'd expect and it was a real surprise.

Very busy so there will be a wait for a table. Food is great. Service was good but unfortunately a fryer went down so we had a long wait for food. However it was worth the wait. Dog friendly which we love.

What a fantastic find on our recent trip to Ireland! We haven't spent much time in the middle of the country before, and finding Rye River Cafe in Kilcock was such good luck. The atmosphere, service, and food, were quite literally the best we had in the entire week, and we ate at a mix of "nice places" and your average pubs. We had a great conversation with what seemed like one of the owners, and if this place was in my town in the U.S., I would go all the time. Please support them and do yourself a favor and visit! It's a great stop if you're driving from Dublin to/from Galway.

Brilliant cafe! Food and service is always the best! The building is a beautifully renovated old school located in the heart of Kilcock. The coffee and food menu is outstanding and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend to anyone passing by.

I had the pulled beef roll with gravy that was on special. I was told the gravy was already in the roll, but I could hardly taste it. Overall, it was quite bland, which was disappointing, as the food is usually very good. The service, however, was excellent.
Really nice brunch and meeting place for friends or family. Staff could be a little bit friendlier and less rushed but overall we enjoyed it and the food was lovely

Greeted by very friendly and attentive staff. Quickly shown to table and offered drinks. The menu has some very interesting takes on some old classics. Eggs benedict with the addition of smashed white pudding...very tasty, and I will be back for this again. Another option with smashed avocado...equally as good. Can't wait to try the other breakfast options. Very good for gluten-free options. Well done to all involved - we need more cafés like this one.
