Very impressed! The man who took our order was friendly, chatty and knowledgable about the food. I enquired about vegan options and he was able to tell me what was available. He also assured me that they took every step possible to reduce cross-contamination. The food was ready super quickly and was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend.

Its 9:30 at night in Dublin and a group of hungry Americans who spent far too much time looking at burial mounds and half-castles need a place to pick up food immediately. Saaep fills the bill with freshly-made, delicious takeaway. The sunny yellow interior belied the kind and patient service (there is a lot of good stuff to choose from!). In no time flat (faster than it took us to chiose), our order was expertly cooked and packaged up. The special Thai stir fry was flavorful and perfectly spiced with just-right crispy vegetables and the satay noodles were also excellent with generous amounts of meat. Nothing was greasy. If we lived here, it would become a favorite. Highly recommend.

Food was fantastic. We got the vegan spice bag and the saaep spice bag and both were delicious. The portion sizes are also quite large as well and the prices were very reasonable. Would highly recommend!

Gushi Asian Bar & Restaurant

17/11/2024: Since it just opened, the interior was clean and comfortable. I ate a generous portion of red/white soup, a vegetable platter, mushrooms, fish cakes, beef, lamb, etc., and it came to around 30 euros per person. I'm not sure of the exact cut of beef, but it was a cut that didn't have a lot of fat. The lamb definitely went better with the hotpot broth. They provide good broth refills from time to time, and wet wipes are provided at each seat, which is nice.
14/11/2024: Great restaurant to enjoy authentic Chengdu style hotpot. Variety of meats and dishes made from top level chefs to satisfy Chinese or Western tastes

Village Pizza Dublin

07/12/2024: We called ahead to get a last minute table with our baby and were surprised at how lovely and accommodating the staff were even though they were busy with Christmas parties bustling in. We had just been asked to leave Harry Byrnes, (we didn’t realise they no longer serve food and are over 21s) so the friendly welcome in out of the rain was so appreciated. The gentleman from Village Pizza had organised a table for us in the pub, with plenty of space for the pram and a high chair. We ordered two pizzas which were so delicious. There was a bit of a wait but I’m not surprised and they were well worth it. Best pizza we’ve had, really hit the spot. Perfectly cooked with a beautiful chewy crust. Cannot wait to go back. Thanks for a lovely experience
