Saddle Room in Dublin

Had dinner here and loved it! The steak was one of the tastiest I’ve ever had. Big thanks to our waiter Philip, he was super nice and helpful. Definitely coming back!

Had a delicious dinner last night. Service was exceptional. Lovely ambience. Food was top quality. Had the chateaubriand for two - amazing!! Starters were delicious too. Would highly recommend.

This restaurant was truly exceptional from start to finish. The food was amazing — the lamb was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, and the truffle fries were easily some of the best I’ve ever had. What really made the experience stand out was the service. The waiters were incredibly attentive, made sure every dish was served just right, and even took the time to recommend a great pub nearby where I could enjoy a cigar after dinner. Friendly, professional, and welcoming — everything you’d want in a great dining experience. Highly recommended!

A regular at tge Shelbourne but a big treat to step into The Saddle Room. A must do. Everything was just perfect.

As best man at my best friend's wedding, lunch at The Saddle Room was a true highlight. The reception with fine champagne set the perfect tone. For starters, I enjoyed the goat cheese mousse – wonderfully creamy and exquisitely presented. The cod main course was cooked to perfection, accompanied by harmoniously matched sides. The meal concluded with a delicious crème brûlée with a crispy caramel crust. The service was first-class and the ambiance elegant – this moment will remain unforgettable.

Als Trauzeuge bei der Hochzeit meiner besten Freundin war das Mittagessen im The Saddle Room ein echtes Highlight. Der Empfang mit feinem Champagner setzte den perfekten Rahmen. Als Vorspeise genoss ich die Ziegenkäsemousse – wunderbar cremig und raffiniert angerichtet. Der Kabeljau als Hauptgang war auf den Punkt gegart, begleitet von harmonisch abgestimmten Beilagen. Den Abschluss bildete eine köstliche Crème Brûlée mit knuspriger Karamellkruste. Der Service war erstklassig und das Ambiente elegant – dieser Moment bleibt unvergessen.

Disfrutamos de un delicioso almuerzo en la sala Saddle ayer. Mi hermana y yo estábamos celebrando nuestro cumpleaños. La comida estaba muy bien presentada, era delicioso, y un montón de ella también! El servicio era muy amable. El punto de precio del almuerzo es bueno también, dado que Dublín es una ciudad cara. Gracias al equipo de Shelbourne por cuidarnos tan bien.
