This restaurant definitely stands out from the crowd of its kind. The quality control is very good, and there will be no problem every time you go. The ingredients are fresh and cooked with care. Attentive service. The chef is definitely working with his heart. Even though it's a Malaysian fusion food that can be found everywhere, this one doesn't disappoint.

As an Asian who has been living in Galway for five years, I promise this is the best Asian restaurant in 2024. They made very good Malaysian dishes and the quality is stable always.

The food was really nice we really enjoyed it but unfortunately some staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. As we were trying to enjoy our meal, they kept staring down and pointing at our table which made it really hard to enjoy our food. We had a table of 6 and everyone felt really uncomfortable. When we asked for a jug of water, the waiter rolled his eyes. We were pleasant and mannerly while we were there but unfortunately we did not get this in return. Really disappointed considering the food was lovely but we will not be returning.

Can't believe I'm only discovering this place now and living in Galway with years. If you like Tom Yum, this is probably the best I've had. One word... Delicious. Don't walk, run here.... Immediately, if not sooner.

12/02/2025: We had a new year celebration which needed around 100 fried rice with different requirements staff and chef did a brilliant job even provided so much extra than what we ordered. Everything was prepared in time even give us a ring few minutes before to let us know that everything is ready to collect. Food was amazing

14/12/2024: Now, this review is about Buddah Bar, the more drinks-orientated part of the place. Though you can get all the food there too. We were a group of four. The plates were prepared nicely and taste was good at all of them but not extraordinary tbh but still four stars. It’s only overpriced. About 25€ for some chicken with veg and you have to order rice or noodles extra for 4-5€ is too much. Cocktails taste good and the choice is huge but again: 12€ for an only half filled (!) small martini glass in a venue that’s ought to be famous for drinks can‘t be more than three stars…
