Really cool spot for food and coffee. Great pizza’s! Good selection of pastries to have with coffee also! Got really cool vibes from the whole place!

The place has really dropped in the last 2 years, the staff aren't as approachable as they once were and a lot of attitude when approached. The quality in food has dropped since my last visit

One of my favourite spots in the area, whether you’re going for a bite/coffee or sauna and ice bath. You can get acai bowls to pizza or sandwiches or a glass of wine. Very trendy spot with areas to sit in the sunshine.

Delicious and quirky seaside cafe. Perfect for groups, families etc. really tasty, good value and lots of seating

Went here for the first time today and will definitely be back to try other things on the menu and the sauna. The place is absolutely lovely, didn’t have a coffee there unfortunately but the cheese toasties were lovely. Service was great too, quick turnaround for the sandwich. Great vibe about the place too.

Great spot for a sauna. I am a regular. To keep up with other local saunas and the improving universal standard - I would request/suggest the addition of box shaped shelves on the walls to put belongings in so items aren’t scattered and and the changing room is longer cluttered. People use the seats and the floor as storage for their items and there’s no where to sit when changing. I would also request filtration on the two cold tubs by the shower, these tubs often have a build up of sweat and dead skin on the surface of the water, it’s gross. In a positive light, keep up with the incense! It is a truly fantastic addition to the atmosphere. Thanks Guys 🙏🏻❤️‍🔥

A great location for a sauna and wonderful to be able to get a coffee and a toastie in the huge cafe. This place is really really good but it would also benefit enormously from better changing facilities and a few more bathrooms. There’s a lot of space for sitting around but very little for changing. Weekends are especially busy so I would wear your swimming gear under your clothes! I love the ice bath and the infrared sauna! Also really love the ginger shots!

This place is class! Hidden inside the Cafe, sauna is spacious and well equipped with outdoor plunge
