The chicken is better than any other KFC and if the rumors are true, they use the actual Colonel Sanders recipe that was taken away from KFC when they tried to change it.

Have only had Hillbillys in Walkinstown the once, way back when they first opened. I had an itch only some good seasoned chicken could scratch and the food was just that, the stack chicken burger and Tenders were really well cooked, and packed with flavour, the gravy is excellent. Miles better option than KFC. The chips were the only thing I would say weren't great, they required a decent bit of salt and didn't travel too well but that's not the reason anyone you come here, an extra tub of gravy sorted out any issues there. Great spot, fast service, good food
