Amazing customer care I've ever seen in a McDonald's! Visited the store on 27th during lunch time and the manager sorted out my request professionally with no hassle. I just don't get it why their opening and closing hours on Google is different than what they have in their store wall.

I regularly visit mc donalds blackrock, sometimes just for it's beautiful coffee made with a smile. Ruth goes above and beyond and even has her regulars. She makes you feel so welcome. A nice way to start the day or even a nice lunchtime and it doesn't always have to be a burger, I love their wraps. The light choices ✨️

17/05/2026: I loved the toilets smelt so fresh, but i dropped my burger in the urinal, it made me cry , i went outside and coloured in the kids page and then i listened to micheal jackson on the dukebox, would defo recommend to family and friends and collegouges and old friends from school but not my neighbour john, he never cut the grass outside my house

11/08/2026: Loved it here! Service was friendly and extremely fast. Food was delicious and huge portions..sharing the way to go! Great for a family night out or other celebration.
30/07/2026: Nice food but it's gotten too dear. The fries they give you as a free side with your burger are getting smaller by the year. It's essentially 20 quid for a chicken burger and a half a handful of fries
