I regularly visit mc donalds blackrock, sometimes just for it's beautiful coffee made with a smile. Ruth goes above and beyond and even has her regulars. She makes you feel so welcome. A nice way to start the day or even a nice lunchtime and it doesn't always have to be a burger, I love their wraps. The light choices ✨️

Bileal at McDonald’s Blackrock deserves a special mention for his customer service. He was friendly, calm, and genuinely helpful from the moment I spoke to him. My order was missing sauce, even though it did not come as standard, and he went out of his way to sort it for me without any fuss. It might sound like a small thing, but the way he handled it showed real care for the customer. He made the whole experience easy and pleasant, and it is staff like Bilal who make a place worth coming back to.
