Lovely spot with nice staff and lots to offer. Negative stars for use of “AI” generated imagery for things like their menus. Pointless and looks stupid. We know what a generic burger looks like.

Store and Yard Sandycove has a really lovely atmosphere and the food was genuinely very good. The staff were also all very friendly and polite, which is why I don’t want this review to come across as blaming any individual person working there. The main issue during my visit was the speed of service, but honestly it felt more like a staffing issue than anything else. When I was there during the lunch rush, there only seemed to be one person on the till and one person working in the kitchen, which is probably why things were moving very slowly. There was a queue building and at one point there was quite a long conversation happening at the till while people were waiting, which made things even slower, but the staff member was still lovely and friendly throughout. There was also painting work happening while people were sitting and eating, which felt a little strange during such a busy period, especially with the smell of paint noticeable inside. Overall though, the food was really nice, the atmosphere is great and the staff were lovely. I just think the place could really benefit from having more staff on during busy lunch periods because it would make a huge difference to the overall experience.

Lovely local spot with relaxed atmosphere. Perfect for post swim tea and chats. With it being relaxed, sometimes the menu isn’t available but other than that, the place is a gem!

The sauna overall is nice they have a lovely scent to them as well as maintaining a warm temperature, however there a a few things that I think could be worked on. I’ve been to this sauna well over ten times and whenever I go the hot tub is closed every time I’m there. Another problem is when you book one of the last slots of the day the water baths are so dirty and sometimes only one is full along with the sauna sometimes they only have two of them in use as opposed to three even if it’s busy. I find it quite annoying if I’m paying for the full service I expect the full service. It’s misleading and unfair on customers who expect all amenities to be in use- fair enough if it was every once in a while but consistently not being available is starting to become quite annoying and has led me to go elsewhere. I do love the shower I think that is a cool addition along with the great music playlist so I can’t fault yous there!

Acaii bowl is unfortunately the worst I’ve had in Dublin but staff where super friendly and atmosphere was so lovely
