Sangria Tapas Restaurant in Galway

Beautiful restaurant with a fusion of different Spanish and Latin American flavors. Interesting concept deliciously executed. Don't skip dessert and try the drinks. We really enjoyed the Jamaican sour and the Kiwi Mojito.

This place was amazing. Lots of unexpected combinations made for such surprisingly delicious flavors. The garlic prawns and the elote loco were favorites for sure, but it was all delicious!

From the warm welcome to the lovely servers, the whole experience was amazing and the food was delicious. A visit to Sangria is highly recommended. We will be back!

Wonderful dining experience. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Food is really really tasty and interesting. Great choices of meat, fish and vegetarian tapas. Portion sizes are good so perfect for sharing. As a table of four we ordered 10 tapas and enjoyed them all! Beautiful desserts too. Lovely atmosphere and decor. I highly recommend.

Its a really good restaurant. Food is very good. Menu is very good. It just really REALLY annoys me that they have a mandatory 10% service change that gets added to the bill, so unfortunately I won't bother going again, its a silly scam. This isn't America where waiting staff are paid very little, we have a very high minimum wage in Ireland, I should be allowed tip according to my availability to pay. If management feel like the staff deserve more pay then give it to then as wages.... I'm supposed to be already paying for the staffs wages by paying for my dinner because its incorporated into your running costs. Its disgustingly disrespectful and gangster style economics to run a business model where they decide "Ohh you want to pay for food, thats X price, ohh ya sorry, actually ya, could you pay for our staff on top of that, ya sorry we know it should be incorporated into the costs, but your stupid right, sooooo maybe we will get you to contribute to starf wages TWICE". I am happy to give a tip when a staff member goes above and beyond, but NOT for doing the basics of their job.
