Sano Pizza in Dublin

My Experience at Sano Pizza 🍕 Overall, the food at Sano Pizza was excellent, and the quality of the pizzas was definitely one of the highlights of my visit. The pizzas were delicious, full of flavour, and very well prepared. The salads were also very good, fresh, and enjoyable. From a food perspective, I was very satisfied, and the kitchen certainly deserves credit for the quality of what they serve. Unfortunately, the customer service I received from the waiter who attended to me was disappointing. He did not seem particularly attentive or interested in providing good customer service. When we asked for two different types of sauces, he did not clearly explain which sauces he was bringing us, leaving us unsure about what we were being served. It was a small detail, but it made the service feel careless and lacking in attention. Interestingly, when I went to the bathroom, I had a much more positive interaction with other members of staff, who were noticeably friendlier and more welcoming. This made the contrast even more apparent, as the restaurant clearly has staff who understand the importance of treating customers well. It is a shame that the service did not match the quality of the food, because the pizzas and salads were genuinely excellent. A restaurant experience is about more than just what comes out of the kitchen; it is also about feeling welcome, receiving attentive service, and having staff who are willing to help and communicate clearly. In conclusion, Sano Pizza deserves praise for its delicious pizzas and very good salads, but the customer service from the waiter who served us needs improvement. With a little more attention to customers, better communication, and a friendlier attitude, the overall dining experience could be much better. I would happily praise the food, but I hope the service improves to match the excellent standard of the dishes.

The glutenfriendly pizza was amazing! It is certainly among the best I've ever eaten. Naturally the guestroom is pretty packed and the tables efficiently sized, so we really had to struggle on a pretty small two-person table. The only downside was service. Though very friendly, the waitress was not abled to split the bill given mulitple attempts. Other than that, I wholeheartedly recommend Sano Pizza to everybody looking for a great wheatless pizza.

The dough is truly exceptional, one of this pizzeria's strong points! The sausage and broccoli rabe my husband chose was very good. My Diavola 2.0 also had an excellent dough and quality mozzarella. The only thing that could be improved, in my opinion, is the tomato sauce, which I found a bit too sweet and a little watery, so much so that it didn't fully showcase the other ingredients. Overall, a very positive experience, with a small margin for improvement that could really make a difference!

Sano’s Pizza is excellent! Napoli style thin crust pizza with perfect sauce and you can taste the good olive oil and great crust! The Daviolo pizza was perfect and not too spicy. We will go back for sure!
