THE BEST fish and chips I have ever tried! They’re so tasty and the portion was appropriate with the price and quality! I LOOOVE the fries and the sauce SO MUCH! I forgot what sauce i ordered but it’s from the suggestion of the seller (perhaps garlic and chives sauce). The seller also was very helpful and kind to us. Definitely gonna come here again for Say Fish! 🐠❤️

I finally got around to trying Say Fish in Dún Laoghaire, and I have to say—it lived up to its reputation! Located near the pier, this little seafood spot combines high-quality, sustainably sourced fish with the casual charm of a proper fish and chips joint. Atmosphere & Service The place itself is more of a takeaway-style eatery, but its location makes it perfect for grabbing food and enjoying it by the water. Service was friendly and quick, even though it was a busy weekend afternoon. The staff seemed genuinely passionate about what they were serving, which is always a plus. The Food I went for their classic Beer-Battered Fish & Chips, and it was excellent. The fish was fresh, flaky, and fried to crispy perfection without being greasy. The chips had a unique twist—seasoned with seaweed salt, which added a subtle umami flavor that I wasn’t expecting but really enjoyed. I also tried their Cajun-Spiced Fish Taco, which had a beautiful balance of spice and freshness, thanks to a tangy slaw and a zesty sauce. The crispy prawns were another standout—light, crunchy, and full of flavor. Final Thoughts For a seafood lover like me, Say Fish was a fantastic find. It’s not just a typical fish and chips spot; they really put effort into the quality and seasoning of their dishes. While seating is limited, the pier is right there, making it the perfect spot to enjoy fresh seafood with a view. Would I go back? Absolutely. Next time, I might try their Fish Burger or even check out their food truck at one of the local markets. ⭐ Rating: 4.5/5 (losing half a point only because I wish they had more seating options!)

Standard fish and chips. No fireworks, but good. A plus is quick access from the booth to the pier and admiring the views ;) The prices are ordinary, not too high. I recommend .

HX46 Cafe - Rathfarnam

26/03/2025: Great little local cafe restaurant. Nice selection of Asian food. Excellent value. Friendly service.
01/03/2025: Great spot for brunch. Coffee and Asian food, what a combo! Big portions, good coffee. Eggs benedict weren't cooked too well though, so I'd stick to the Asian dishes.
