Good food... Very friendly.....good value..... Plenty of car parking spaces

It was lovely to get dinner after a hard day. Hadn't been in Kilbeggan for years. I remembered Harry's to discover its an IPAS centre now. Anyway Shannon's was lovely. Very reasonable priced dinner.

I was travelling through Kinnegad today and stopped off at Scanlons bar. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly from the moment we entered until we left, serving us immediately. We received excellent help with directions to a local church from the owner , As we travelled a long distance and didn’t know the area, we were very thankful, I want to thank everyone and will definitely call again if I’m in Kinnegad.

A quaint pub with a welcoming, typically Irish atmosphere. Very good food. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a traditional place with good value.

Very good and generous meal for a very affordable price

Have visited several times and have not been disappointed on any occasion. Not far from the Galway to Dublin motorway and a handy stop-off on route.

Passing through Kinnegad , we decided to stop & judging by the amount of cars parked outside Scanlons , said this place must be good. We were right , our lunch was excellent ; we had the special of the day , roast stuffed chicken & ham . It was piping hot , a large portion & delicious. Our waitress was friendly & helpful , never stopped working , clearing tables & checking if everything was ok. We will definitely return .
