Scanlons Pub in Kinnegad

A good night in Scanlons Pub for a charity event. The atmosphere was fun and friendly and service was good. Have to return to have a meal in the near future as the food looked and smelled excellent but they had stopped taking orders when we got there.

Good food, was a busy Sunday so the staff kind of rushed us but otherwise a nice place for a meal.

Great food and service. The place was very busy but we got a table at once. However there were people who had to wait for tables.

All fantastic , sadly had no cash to leave a tip

There’s a reason Trevor and the team have so many awards. Absolutely love Scanlons for any occasion, whether it’s just a nice meal, drinks with friends or booking parties it’s always a great experience! Food is always fantastic and the whole team are always so helpful, I’ve had both my kids christenings here and just recently had my wedding party here, when I tell you the absolute best night! Trevor, Yvonne, Edwina, Genevieve, Ammo, Uly and everyone else you are all fantastic, appreciate you all 🫶

Have visited several times and have not been disappointed on any occasion. Not far from the Galway to Dublin motorway and a handy stop-off on route.

Passing through Kinnegad , we decided to stop & judging by the amount of cars parked outside Scanlons , said this place must be good. We were right , our lunch was excellent ; we had the special of the day , roast stuffed chicken & ham . It was piping hot , a large portion & delicious. Our waitress was friendly & helpful , never stopped working , clearing tables & checking if everything was ok. We will definitely return .
