Not many places you can get Steak on the stone anymore! This did not disappoint. Beautiful mussels to start, followed by a steak on the stone 8oz fillet, unbelievable cut of steak. Staff was extremely friendly , il definitely be back

This place was just incredible. What a lovely surprise. Only gave an average score for atmosphere because it was very quiet which we couldn’t believe given the fantastic meal we had. Our server was a character and he convinced me to try the ‘steak on a stone’. We’ll definitely be back.

We had a great evening here! Important note: the restaurant is upstairs, the bar is downstairs and has a slightly different menu. We went to the restaurant for the seafood dishes, and we were not disappointed! Everything was delicious and plentiful - even the sides were much bigger than I anticipated. The sauces were to die for, and the plating was very appealing too. Many thanks!

The Market Bar

08/08/2026: Front of house staff very knowledgeable on gluten free menu items (menu also clearly marked) and they notified kitchen staff for careful preparation. Absolutely delicious! We had the goat cheese salad, pork ribs, and beef cheek.. so good! Highly recommend! Very large restaurant with lots of seating. Full bar. Bathrooms available.

16/08/2026: Menu keeps changing for the worse in this place…no choice on Japanese beers. No wagyu available…removed the cool big screen tv showing flicks. It’s like the owners have stopped caring Ate dinner for young family of 5. Two kids portions between three. Some Japas, sushi and a steak, 3 wines and one desert for €275!! They forgot my order and got two things wrong but had the cheek to include a tip built into the bill (hate that practise). Only my wife was full. Removed the tip. Unlikely to be back…used to be my favourite restaurant but I get why it was almost empty at 6 on a Saturday. Rip off
09/08/2026: A friendly well run Club with a bohemian style. Great sound system. Fab smoking area with bamboo 'greening'. Pints about €8.20 euro. Plenty of loos. Cloak room provided. Lovely staff. Well worth a visit.
