Scrumptious Café in Dublin

Wonderful local cafe - lovely staff, good food.

I went in for a little respite while on a group trip. I spent lovely hour quietly enjoying my tea and scone (which was very responsibly priced). It wasn't until after I left I realized I had arrived nearly an hour before they opened. Proof that sometimes the greatest kindness is quiet understanding.

I have been living 15 minute walk for years and just discovered this place a year ago. The food is great maybe the best black pudding in Dublin and the home made chips are cracking. Small full Irish and side of chips will cure any hangover 😅 On top of the great good the two woman running it are the secret sauce. At a time where a lot of cafes are becoming generic hipster joints Scrumptious feels local, great atmosphere, welcomed like a local and good banter. It is brilliant!

The caffe needs an upgrade.Staff is friendly,but food looks unappealing,small portions,and cheap ingredients .The only nice food were homemade chips,very tasty,again small portion.Needs some deep cleaning done.

Stopped in for a pot of tea, and it was one of the nicest teas I've had. Staff were super friendly and chatty, and an absolute delight. It's a wonderful place to go for a bite to eat!

Breakfast around the corner. Gave scrambled eggs and a small breakfast. With toast. Was delicious. . Coffee was well... could be better. Flat White - double espresso + valued milk. . Service very good. Very friendly and accommodating. Got tea about 1 liter.

A lovely homely neighbourhood restaurant. Very friendly atmosphere serving good food at an affordable price. Much loved by the locals.
