Seven Oaks Hotel Carlow in Carlow

I turned up her on spec last Tuesday @ 9:00pm after a stressful trip from the UK via Rosslare heading to Achill. The reception staff were brilliant, helpful, kind relaxed and friendly and . I had missed dinner but was made a lovely substantial roast chicken salad sandwich free of charge, which I had with a good pint of Guinness in the bar, they even gave me a discount on the room, rather than stinging me. The bedroom was very clean and the bed was very comfortable and quiet even though not far from the town centre. Breakfast was great well cooked and served on a hot plate! Yes the hotel is a bit dated but its well maintained and the staff are great and its very clean. I will book to stay there again and and I would like to say a big thanks to all the staff for making me so welcome.

Had such a lovely stay! Mainly because of such lovely and fun staff..Tracey, Pat and PJ or JP So kind and really made our stay so enjoyable.

Very good Breakfast, rooms nice and clean, bit noisy at night.

We arrived early in hope our room might be ready. We were greeted by a lovely lady on reception named Patricia, she was so welcoming and nothing was an issue to her. Patricia went out of her way to organise an early check in. The room was lovely, very spacious and comfortable. The staff at breakfast were also lovely and great breakfast. Short walk to the town but yet very private and quiet.

Nice hotel, they do great events. Food is nice and the staff are friendly.

A wonderful break to recharge the batteries. My daughter (13) and I had a wonderful break. Dinner was a feast! Portions and taste all superb! The leisure centre is spotless and the manager there was so helpful. Walk in shower, heated mirror(never encountered that before but I want one now!), robes, chocolates, the snuggliest pillows and duvets....everything you need for a good recharge. Beautiful christmas decorations!(I love that sort of thing) Highly recommend. Well done to all staff at this lovely hotel.

Good comfortable, old fashioned Irish Hotel with great service. Shame Pool not open earlier for a morning swim.

I was here at a fair of old vinyl records, CDs and cassettes. I bought what I wanted. All sellers are passionate about their business. I am very satisfied.

V nice hotel clean rooms very friendly staff and great food

Wonderful staff group, rooms and food. I was sorry to have to leave, and would love to visit again.
