Honestly didn't think I would like this, I had the classic tuna dish for lunch and I was blown away. The portion I thought mount fill me up but I was very wrong, I could barely finish and the flavor was off the charts.

We were in Blackrock for the day. We came across a market that sold different things. In the market we found Shaka Poké. We tried a poke bowl. We tried the Teriyaki Chicken. We also got smoothies. We got the Honolulu, Maui, Waikiki smoothies. All the food was delicious. The smoothies were great too. It's a nice quiet little place. We just came across it. The staff are friendly and the service was good. Definitely be back.

I love the atmosphere and how this place is off the Main Street. The food is fresh and nutritious with lots of options, I go for the make your own bowl. Great place for students too!

24/02/2025: Cenamos en el Seafood Café en una fría noche de febrero, cuando llegamos el lugar estaba excepcionalmente bien vestido. Hay un ambiente muy guay aquí pero también muy acogedor, buena música para acomodarse mientras tomamos nuestras bebidas. Los tres chicos de esa noche fueron geniales, puedes ver claramente que les encanta lo que hacen. Empezamos con las ostras, yo tenía la solla sobre carbón. . . . . recomiendo encarecidamente! Mi esposa tuvo la caballa con ensalada y rábano picante de nuevo muy bueno. Si estás en Dublín y te apetece un poco de marisco en un ambiente ecléctico, muy fresco pero cómodo, entonces cena aquí. No te arrepentirás.

The Ivy Dublin

01/01/2026: A group of 9 attended the Ivy over Christmas for a family birthday, 90th, the problems started from the time we arrived, the table we were given only sat 8, we were told by a manager that they were short staffed and there was nothing they could do, we had to squeeze to fit us all in. The starters and desert were lovely but unfortunately the mains were not so good. Several of us ordered the fish which was only warm, on person ordered a steak, they requested medium, but it came out blue. The sides were not delivered until most of us had finished the mains. The young waiter who served us was very nice, attentive and apologised to us from the time we sat down. I have been at the Ivy several times before, as had another member of the party and unfortunately after this experience we will not be returning.
31/12/2025: Lovely evening out with the girls. The Ivy is always very mindful of my shellfish allergy
