Delicious food, warm service, and a nice atmosphere. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home.

A typical American diner. We opted for the meal deal. The food (burgers) was juicy and cooked well. The milkshakes were also good. The service could be a bit more attentive. But it's definitely recommended for anyone looking for a taste of America in Ireland.

4 stars because on the tissue box i read a whole paragraph of what they dont ask for us to do and when i finished reading ten mins later they just wanted 5 stars so i give 4 stars! :3

Wow! As North Americans traveling abroad, our stay in Galway had us close to this diner, so we just couldn't resist! Tucked away in a modern commercial park, this hidden gem has done a credible job of replicating the look and feel of an "American Diner " A few of the menu items had a local twist (like a hamburger bowl, a burger with cheese in a salad bowl) but for the most part, it's "Burgers and fries and milkshakes!". They even refer to the deep fried potato sticks as.....Fries!! Prices were very reasonable, with table service (they took our order and brought it to us). The only thing they didn't have were stools at the counter for counter seating and non-stop coffee drinking! But really, this place was pretty cool.

Not the best Shake Dog I've been to. Felt like the food was rushed. Got the tenders and the chips felt like they should have been cooked slightly longer and the tenders themselves were so overly greasy

Amazing milkshakes and delicious food with a lot of variety.

I had a great experience at ShakeDog on Saturday. The waitress with braces handled everything with such ease, despite it being a really busy time, (around 6pm). Not only did she take my order with a smile, but she made sure to bring my food out promptly. The service was efficient, fast and friendly. I got the route 66 burger with bacon and cheese fries and it was really nice. I will definitely be back soon!
