The feast began with the onion bhajis — pure temptation in golden form. Soft and pillowy inside, steaming and delicate, wrapped in a crisp, wispy, haunchy shell that shattered with each bite. They didn’t just crunch — they sang, every mouthful teasing me with that sinful contrast of tenderness and bite.
Then came the chicken Balti, steaming hot, just the way you like it — fire in the mouth, steam practically pouring out of my ears. Every bite was a glorious punishment: heat, spice, and pleasure tangled together. It hurt, oh it hurt, but every damn minute of pain was worth surrendering to.
The rice — long, slim, and silken — slid in to soothe the fire, filling every gap and brushing both sides of my mouth. Each grain stretched the experience, a gentle balance to the storm, teasingly simple but deeply satisfying.
The garlic naan — soft, steamy, and dripping with garlicky goodness — caught the tears I shed with every fiery mouthful, each bite a tender hand against the burn.
The kebab followed — smoky, charred perfection, juices dripping, each bite a deep, primal satisfaction that clung to the tastebuds. The kind of bite that makes you forget the world outside exists.
And then, of course, the sting ring — the inevitable finale, the wicked reminder that all good things come with a price. Painful, yes. Worth it? Absolutely.
I can’t wait for this evening — and in the morning, well, that’ll just be the cherry on top.

Had a lovely meal recently and absolutely loved the food! Shallots, saag paneer, and daal tadka were all exceptional, packed with flavour, perfectly spiced, and incredibly satisfying. Each dish had a homely touch while still feeling restaurant-worthy. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic and delicious Indian food. Will definitely be coming back!

Food was OK, chicken was nice, soft and tasted good, masala was bland though and very thick, samosa only OK, I’m not sure I’d go back again, maybe I’ll try it again one day in the hope they were just having a bad day because the place use to be lovely, haven’t used them in quite a few years though.
