Six by Nico Dublin in Dublin

We have been to Six By Nico before and had a nice experience. So, we decided to try the Trust menu this time. Let me tell you, this was so much fun! I don't know if it was extra exciting and fun because me and my partner are very competitive or what it was, but we had a blast! It was so nice to try all different textures, flavours and interesting ingredient combinations. The staff that attended us were all very kind and definitely had a good laugh at our strange guessings. Overall, an amazing idea to try with friends, dates and family. PS - After reading some reviews, I really think people expect to pay €60 and be treated like royalty... It's just a restaurant with normal people like you and I working there. Chill! (It is a 10 course menu, but i was too eager to try the different foods that I forgot to take photos of them all!xD)

We went for the ‘Trust’ experience. It was a very fun, unique experience! The food is delicious - fine dining at an affordable price. Staff were friendly & a great atmosphere that felt welcoming and relaxed. The only hiccup was we were sat very close to the adjacent table and overheard the ingredients as we were eating. That being said, we can’t wait to return and try out future menus!

Delicious food, dedicated service, it's an interesting concept worth to try. For March we had the Hanoi menu (changes every ~6 to 8 weeks) with the marching wines and it was really good. You can choose from regular or vegan option. Find some pics for reference

Excellent food, service and location. Only giving it 4 because they have everyone arrive at the same time for the sitting and the organisation is a bit hectic. If they get that sorted I'd have no hesitation in giving them 5 stars.

food was mediocre at best, Angel, our server was so wonderful and accommodating, she made sure absolutely everything was just how we needed. great service, ok food.

Fantastic experience! Hanoi menu was delicious and beautiful. Service is on point and efficient. Cocktails are great.

We went for Hanoi : 6 Course Tasting Menu - €55 Portions are really small Plates are nice presented Waiting time is long btw dishes If you have a good appetite: refrain because you will be hungry when you leave Or take a basket of bread for €6 The waiters explain to you in 10 seconds what you have on the plate No time to understand what they're saying No server is assigned to your table We don't make you taste the wine before we've even poured you a full glass. We also do not come to refill water or wine when the glass is empty. One of the dishes (the fish) was barely warm Some dishes lacked flavor Interesting experience of having had a restaurant like that in Dublin but... disappointing, I wouldn't go back We were 2 and paid 148.50€ (Hanoi 6 courses + basked of bread + bottle of wine)

We went on Friday lunch for Hanoi menu. As a Vietnamese, I would suggest the first course is Mango Salad and Bun Rieu should be the third course. The food is nice and perfectly presented. One dish was salty but it depends on preferences. The staff is really nice. We booked with note as birthday occasion, the reception was very kind when she said nice thing to me which was much appreciated. Maybe just some handwriting greeting on a plate with chocolate sauce or a small piece of dessert would make it more special. I would give a 9/10 and would come back for more in the future

We had the 10 course mystery menu. I adored everything although disappointed at some of our guesses. All absolutely delightful and things I wouldn't dream of ordering! Service was fab though near the end ot was a little chaotic as the next sitting was arriving.
