Skeffington Arms in Galway

Unbeatable location, excellent service, and they offer a delicious breakfast at The Skeff—wonderful. I'm returning completely charmed by the big, honest hearts of the Irish people.

The hotel is city center, right by the tourist activity and only a 15 minute walk to some of the more local areas. Rooms were clean & spacious. Staff was extremely courteous, even calling after our stay to ensure we didn’t leave anything in the room. Only downside is the bar downstairs. They do play music until 2am, which we could hear in our room followed by the staff cleaning up after that. Our room was a few floors directly above the bar, so maybe a different location in the hotel would be better.

Stayed here recently. 3 star everything i expected... its definitely a prime location and I have to say its very clean... I had a nice stay anyway.

The hotel was very charming and in a wonderful location - walkable to everything with a restaurant attached. The staff, especially Niall was absolutely incredible. Top notch service and extremely helpful in navigating the city. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Irish pub experience! Live music filling all of the floors of the pub! Great staff that was friendly and chatty!
