Sligo Oyster Experience in Sligo

I took a group on the private oyster farm tour in Strandhill yesterday. They had such an amazing time. Set in one of the most scenic parts of Ireland, Aisling was a wealth of knowledge about the fine art of oyster farming and provided the group with plenty of world-class yet locally sourced cuisine to sample. I'll definitely be recommending visitors to enjoy this one of a kind experience.

Great fresh raw oysters. Really good lemon blueberry mignonette to go with them.

Love the breakfast options, didn't have oysters though.
