I recently visited soda cakes and had mixed feelings about my experience. The food was fantastic—delicious and well-prepared, truly a highlight of my visit. However, the atmosphere was marred by the rude demeanor of the manager, whose unprofessional attitude towards the staff was hard to ignore and her lack of hygiene was not pleasing. It created an uncomfortable and unbearable vibe that detracted from the overall experience.
Additionally, I noticed that the barista could use some more training; I could hear the milk burning while my coffee was being made, which was a bit disappointing. With a few improvements in management and training, this cafe could really shine. I hope they take these comments to heart!
