Sophie's in Dublin

Really a fun place in Dublin to get some yummy food and a terrific view.

Waiters were just the nicest people ever. Food was fabulous, especially appetisers.

The atmosphere is stunning but the food is just so so and it was too salty.

I loved this place. It was our first day in the city and we didn't realize we were walking into 360 glass views. We had such a nice table beside the window as well. The service was excellent. One of my friends said that was the best espresso Martini she's ever had. And trust me, we've had like a million of them in our life. Jk. The food was quite delicious though. I got the pizza and I love that the crust was crispy and flavourful. Overall very beautiful inside. The best part was they were booked online but my friend managed to call and there was one spot left. And things like that are truly appreciated.

Celebrated a birthday here and had a fantastic time. Staff were very friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was perfect. A lovely place for s special occasion

I have already been to this place several times and I would go back as many times as needed. I simply love it.

I have been going to Sophie’s since I moved to Ireland in 2018, and for a long time it was my favourite restaurant in Dublin. I visited again on Friday, 18 September 2026, for the first time since the renovation. I loved the new menu and the new look of the place. everything we had was absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, I’m giving three stars because of how an incident at the entrance was handled. On the way to the restaurant, the back of my dress completely tore, so my husband gave me his shirt to cover myself. When we arrived, the host told us my husband could not enter wearing a sleeveless top. I explained and showed him what had happened to my dress, but instead of offering any help, he simply told me to give the shirt back to my husband because “this is a restaurant”. I found the response quite rude and lacking in empathy, especially as I then had to walk to our table holding the back of my torn dress closed. Thankfully, our waiter Gustavo was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, attentive and incredibly kind throughout the night. When I later explained what had happened, he immediately offered me his own jacket so I could leave the restaurant without feeling embarrassed. Gustavo was fantastic, as were the other staff who looked after us. Without the incident at the entrance, this would have easily been a five-star review.

It’s was a such night, we enjoy soo much and we are celebrating a special friend's birthday. The staff are so great, special the Brazilian waiter Vinicius, the is a such Nice guy, super kind, and make us comemoration much better. The pizza it’s delicious ❤️

Sophie's is an amazing place, great atmosphere and great service. The only criticism is that the French Toast is way too simple to be €17, I'd recommend adding some cream or whipped cream to make it worth it the price. Mine came with 2 small Toast, 2 sliced strawberries and syrup. Apart of that, everything else is great!!
