Sophie's in Dublin

Sophie's is an amazing place, great atmosphere and great service. The only criticism is that the French Toast is way too simple to be €17, I'd recommend adding some cream or whipped cream to make it worth it the price. Mine came with 2 small Toast, 2 sliced strawberries and syrup. Apart of that, everything else is great!!

A lovely birthday evening for drinks at Sophie’s. A big thank you to Mario for his hospitality and looking after us on my partner’s birthday! We had already ate, therefore just drinks but would definitely return for a meal! Amazing atmosphere as well.

Delicious. Really positive experience. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I got the rigatoni, and we also had the cacio e pepe and the chicken parmigiana with side of garlic potatoes and arancini. All were very tasty. Lovely atmosphere and the Hugo spritz was nice too.

Dinner was fabulous. I don’t know if it’s changed hands in the last year, but the quality of the meal blew my mind. Wine and cocktail lists are eclectic, but complementary to the menu. Staff is lovely— looks like there’s a bit of training still happening amongst the staff, but new staff means good things for a restaurant. Kale Caesar and tuna crudo were absolute knockouts, and the spaghetti puttanesca was perfectly sauced and al dente. Excited to return next time I’m in Dublin.
