We had an office ‘Indian lunch party’ at spice India- they offered a buffet style service. The food and arrangements were fantastic. They organised the event really well.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the lovely lady at the front—she was so kind and attentive, making the dining experience even better.Highly recommend if you're craving good South Indian cuisine and anyone looking to explore bold, flavorful, and truly comforting food!

Always nice staff and reasonably priced. With the set menu it would be nice to see a non alcoholic sub for wine.

It’s a pity that each restaurant allows only one review, as I can never resist the urge to leave another glowing one after each visit. From initially relying on old photos taken when our Indian friend first brought us here to gradually becoming familiar with the menu and exploring new dishes, we’ve always been warmly welcomed by the staff. Every staff member is patient and always ready to offer thoughtful assistance, ensuring that those of us unfamiliar with Indian cuisine can order dishes we truly enjoy- they are truly the best! The knowledgible head chef undoubtedly understands ingredients. His fried dishes are always crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside, served at just the right temperature. The stews are always perfectly cooked—soft, rich, and full of flavor. Your plate is always warm. Not every restaurant pays such close attention to that many details. Even though you can find a simple fried chicken dish in any country, the chef here still manages to make it unforgettable. All I want to say is that when someone truly understands ingredients, everything they create is just right. Here you can be the happiest diners, all you need to do is trust and fully enjoy the experience. Once again, to the entire team, please accept my deepest respect as a diner. 2025 Feb 23 Every time I came here, I was never disappointed. From the choice of ingredients to the seasoning to the temperature of the plate, each dish reveals the chef's exacting requirements and dedication. The chef was communicating with my taste buds, and it was so delicious that I wanted to cry. The service was also perfect, as a non-Indian customer, they were always attentive to each dish for us. I don't understand why this restaurant only has 4 points. I want more people to know about this place, because I can feel that they are doing it with care. i will always be your loyal customer. 2024

The best place to have authentic Indian dishes at Galway. South Indian dishes are too good !! I tried the Thalassery style chicken biryani and it was amazing.

I had an amazing dining experience at Spice of India, Galway today! The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. We started with the veg platter, which was a great mix of tasty appetizers, and for mains, we had Paneer Chilli Masala and Lamb Madras with Naan breads. Everything was served fresh and tasted incredible! A special shoutout to Diksha, the waitress working today. She was the only one managing the restaurant, yet she handled everything so efficiently. She was attentive, friendly, and ensured we got our food on time despite the busy service. Overall, a fantastic experience—great food and excellent service. Highly recommend this place! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
