I recently visited this restaurant for their breakfast buffet and had a really enjoyable experience overall. The atmosphere is outstanding and creates a very relaxing and welcoming vibe. The service, as always, was excellent—staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was smooth. Coming to the food, there was a great variety available. The idli was soft and well-prepared, and the poori was absolutely delicious—definitely one of the highlights. However, as someone from South India, I did feel that the vada, dosa, and uthapam were slightly under-seasoned, with minimal salt. A bit more seasoning would really elevate these dishes and make them perfect. That said, it was still a great experience overall. With a small improvement in seasoning, this would easily be a 5/5 breakfast buffet. I would definitely visit again!

The breakfast buffet was excellent and well worth the price, especially the ghee dosa and jalebi 🤤. They offer a diverse selection with three distinct regional options: Punjabi, Gujarati, and South Indian, making it a satisfying experience for a variety of tastes.

If you’re craving a 10/10 Indian feast in Dublin, Spice Village in Terenure is a total hidden gem! 🇮🇪🥘 From the storefront vibes to the wall of awards inside, you can tell this place is the real deal. 🏆✨ We started with complimentary Dhokla and Papadums—that light, fluffy texture drizzled in sweet and tangy chutneys was the perfect welcome! 😋💛🥙 The main event was a flavor explosion! 🌶️🥩 The Laal Maas had that deep, rich red color and a bold, authentic heat, while the Kerala Fish Curry offered a fragrant, creamy coastal balance. 🥥🐟 Pairing them with the buttery Naan and those perfectly flaky, swirled Kerala Parottas was pure magic for scooping up every drop of gravy! 🌀🫓 A huge shout-out to the chef, who personally came to our table to ensure everything was perfect—that level of care truly makes the experience. 👨‍🍳🙌 Everything was satisfying and amazingly delicious; a must-visit for any spice lover! 🍛💖⭐

We gave Spice Village in Terenure a try after hearing good things locally, and it really lived up to the hype. The curries were rich and flavourful without being too heavy, and you can adjust the spice level to suit your taste. The vegetable samosas were crisp and fresh, and the pilau rice was perfectly cooked. Collection was quick and hassle-free, and the staff were polite and welcoming when we arrived. Everything was well packaged and still piping hot when we got home. A reliable spot for a tasty Indian meal — great quality, fair prices, and we’ll definitely be back.

Got a takeaway from Spice Village in Terenure on a busy Friday night and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth everything went. The food was ready when promised and still piping hot when we got home. I had the lamb rogan josh and it was tender, rich, and full of flavour, while the garlic naan was soft with just the right amount of crisp on the edges. The portions were generous and great value for the price, and you can tell the ingredients are fresh. Staff were friendly during collection, which always leaves a good impression. Really solid local Indian takeaway reliable, tasty, and perfect for a weekend treat.

Ordered from Spice Village in Terenure last weekend and it didn’t disappoint. The chicken tikka masala had a lovely depth of flavour and the lamb biryani was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of spice. Everything arrived hot and well packed. What stood out most was the consistency and quality — you can tell care goes into the food. The portions are very generous for the price, making it great value. It was my first time trying it, but it definitely won’t be the last.

Tried Spice Village in Terenure recently and was really impressed. The food tasted fresh and full of flavour without being overly greasy. I ordered the butter chicken and garlic naan, and both were excellent — creamy, well-spiced, and very satisfying. The portion sizes were generous, so we even had leftovers for the next day. Service was friendly and the order was ready on time, even though it was a busy evening. The place itself is clean and comfortable, making it a nice option if you want to sit in as well. Definitely one of the better Indian takeaways in the area — I’ll be ordering again.

05/05/2026: Small place, but the food and service is excellent! Authentic I should say being an Indian in Dublin! Another gem discovered by my daughter, who ordered the fish curry again two days later online while we were at the Hilton! Its small so ideally reserve a table
26/04/2026: Food is out of this world for every course, lovely intimate but lively space, and extremely nice staff.

19/04/2026: Incredible tasting menu experience. Huge thanks to Anuj for guiding us through each course. We will certainly be back!
12/04/2026: The food is good and fairly well priced (on the expensive side but this isn't the type of place you stop by at for lunch on a workday), quite busy so it's always worth booking ahead, the only gripe I had was their payment system, max. 4 people split and no itemization, which makes it difficult to justify for a work group going out without unduly dobbing people into being the designated payment handler.
