Nice food with the usual quality of Sprout. I felt like the amount of options decreased and there weren't many vegetarian recipes. I liked that a person of the staff asked me if I wanted my salad tossed. It led to a less nice picture but a much more enjoyable meal. There are no seats indoors but there's a bench immediately out of the door that accommodates 4 people. For each, there is a small table that acts both as a divider and a holder for the salad.

Can never go wrong with a sprout salad. Personally my favorite is the chicken taco salad but everything on the menu slays. Flavors are great and best of all the portions are huge!

I absolutely love this place! The salads are always fresh and delicious, and the space is clean with super friendly staff. I especially enjoy going to places where the team seems to genuinely have fun while they work—it makes me want to come back even more. I’ve always had great service! And when I can’t visit in person, the delivery is just as wonderful. Kudos to the whole team!

22/03/2025: Can't believe this place is open 2 years and tonight was my first time trying it when myself and my girl came in we where greeted with a warm welcome the staff are so friendly and we discovered it was family run and you could tell as it had a lovely atmosphere the food was unbelievable I had chicken wings as a starter and they where the nicest I've ever had unreal the grilled halloumi was spectacular and the Gyros will not be beaten by a long shot the best around and I couldn't belive how reasonable this place was you'd not get food and service of such high standards for the value its 2nd to none around really looking forward to coming back here what a lovely experience from start to finish👌😋
