So lovely staff and one of the best bowls I have ever eaten!!

Always DELICIOUS food! Super healthy but so much flavour and always so fresh with good portions. Worth paying extra every now and then for a healthy balanced meal and one of the few places where you can build your own bowl exactly how you like it too! Staff are lovely everytime I’ve been. Love the blackened chicken and tahini dressing! Not really a place you’d have a lunch date as very takeout vibes or good for grabbing a quick bite!

Very busy place. Sometimes it's so hard to get sit. But always fresh and tasty. I'm manager in food place and I see how that restaurant is clean and well maintained. Staff always helpful and with smiles. Love to come here for my healthy food.

Wow wow wow wow wow, that's all I can say! What an amazing set up in this little gem of a place but have also had Sprout delivered twice now to work in Ranelagh and it's not failed me once. You need to try the olive salsa if you enjoy olives! Super fresh ingredients, actual chicken etc rather than weird deli meat and HUGE portions. I've yet to finish a bowl or a wrap in one sitting. Highly recommend for dine in or take out. Their cookbook is on my wish list for Christmas too! I hope these guys keep up the great work!

Friendly staff, but salad felt like it was thrown together, a little bit too much dressing, got a little bit soggy. Portions have also suffered from our friend shrinkflation 😦

Perfect lunch today of Bombay potatoes. The spices and flavour were excellent. Paired with well made coffee, could not fault it.

Sprout & Co è una catena che è cresciuta molto negli ultimi anni a Dublino, ma io l'ho scoperta solo di recente e ho avuto modo di provarla in varie occasioni. Offre cibi salutari ed è strutturata un po' come un deli o un fast food, tuttavia la qualità è buona e la scelta anche. Per questo genere di ristoranti, in aumento in città, resta ancora una delle scelte migliori, nonostate esista ormai da diversi anni e la buona concorrenza in costante aumento.

Super pit stop for lunch, great menu and all fresh ingredients. Nice choice for gluten free and friendly staff working hard. Enjoyed the satay chicken bowl and partner had the chicken wrap. Would return and would recommend.
