Me gustó mucho la comida aquí. Tenía truchas en una maravillosa caja de ensaladas. Estaba muy claro que todos los ingredientes eran realmente frescos y preparados con un procesamiento mínimo. Es agradable encontrar una opción saludable en el medio de la ciudad.

Si quieres un almuerzo saludable, Sprout es el lugar perfecto! Me encantan las ensaladas... mi habitual es el pimentón chica, es fantástico. Lo que más me gusta de las ensaladas es lo llenas que son - una ensalada de brotes es sustancial para llevarme a través de la tarde. El servicio siempre es amable, y su embalaje ecológico es una ventaja. A pesar de que 10€ por ensalada es un precio bastante alto, es una buena relación calidad-precio, y vale la pena!

My good God! Best warm bowl in my life. Full of flavours, healthy ingredients and nutritions, massive portion, quick service and lovely staff. What else would you asked 🥰

Great food, fresh and tasty. We visited this place in the evening to grab some bites before going to an event. I ordered a Bangkok fishbowl and enjoyed it. I usually avoid salmon or salmon trout in the evening, but this one was amazing. At the fridge section you can actually drink tap water free of charge which is very nice, or have a try to their kombucha drinks. Staff was very friendly and preparation very fast. Overall a good vibe. I want to come back to visit this place to try other dishes.

Highly recommend the tofu satay bowl! Decent prices for Dublin… around €15 with a drink. Filling, hearty, healthy meal.

Food would be awesome if you go in the morning or afternoon. If you go closer to the closing hours the food and the service will not be good.

Amazing flavours. Randomly walked in and was surprised with the good food. Seating area is less though.
