Food is amazing and fresh, but the workers’ serving portions really vary! A lot of them are greedy for an extra piece of salsa or marinated cabbage as if it goes straight out of their salary.

For vegetarians options were great, loved the freshness, always crowded means great quality of food. We loved the spicy tofu bowl Great flavour for Indian palette. Had 3 times in our 4 day trip in Dublin. Highly recommended

Mariale gave me outstanding service. She was kind, patient, and took the time to explain all the options with a smile. You can tell she genuinely cares about giving customers a great experience. A great example of customer service at Sprout!

I accidentally forgot to mention my tahini allergy when ordering, but the staff were incredibly understanding and made me a new dish free of charge. Amazing customer service—and the food was fresh and delicious!

Hemos estado aquí dos veces y decidimos llevar nuestra comida con nosotros. El lugar por sí mismo también se ve bien para comer. Me comería el Sataysfied o el plato de Oriente Medio en cualquier momento de nuevo. Pero también otros que hemos probado fueron realmente buenos. Si usted está en la comida sana que está absolutamente en lo cierto aquí. También cuando vienes con un apetito mayor.

Si quieres un almuerzo saludable, Sprout es el lugar perfecto! Me encantan las ensaladas... mi habitual es el pimentón chica, es fantástico. Lo que más me gusta de las ensaladas es lo llenas que son - una ensalada de brotes es sustancial para llevarme a través de la tarde. El servicio siempre es amable, y su embalaje ecológico es una ventaja. A pesar de que 10€ por ensalada es un precio bastante alto, es una buena relación calidad-precio, y vale la pena!
