Sprout & Co Dawson St in Dublin

I ordered chicken wrap it was soo delicious. The leafy veggies, salad and sauces were so fresh. The chicken was roasted kind and was too delicious!!❤️❤️❤️ always a fan of sprouts for their fresh ingredients!

This is a must try if you looking for something healthy, delicious and filling. I built my own warm salad bowl and it was really good. I can highly recommend and very polite staff.

Food was good, really large portion, which makes the price more tolerable. They have gluten free options and a clear allergy list. There is high risk of cross contamination for dietaries - I'm someone with celiac and I was in a pinch for a quick lunch near Trinity and stuck for options, so I knowingly played russian roulette, but thankfully had I no reaction. My customized chickpea bowl was extremely tasty and filling. The shop was super busy at lunchtime and some of the tables/seating hadn't been cleared, so I took food to eat elsewhere. It's a good option for vegetarians and a great option as a healthy takeaway.

During my trip to Dublin, I was looking for something quick and easy to eat. I stopped by Sprout & Co by chance, and I must admit I was pleasantly impressed with their dishes. Both the bowls and wraps were delicious!!! Highly recommended.

Love this place for quick lunches. Always met with a smile, celiac dietary requirements are always easy to accommodate.

Friendly staff, fantastic food. Never any seating though, too many people stay seated talking.

Variety and delicious food, you can go to the bar and choose the ingredients or you can use the screen to select your favorite dish.

Absolutamente me encanta la comida de brotes es fantástico y a un precio razonable, sin embargo, últimamente he notado a través de Dawson Street y Camden Street el personal es increíblemente grosero y poco servicial, chateando la cantidad de sí mismos no atender a los clientes y solo el servicio al cliente en general siendo nulo, realmente decepcionante desde el punto de vista del cliente como la comida es y ha sido genial
