This Starbucks establishment is awesome! The staff are very easy-going and kind. I always love to pop in here for a break. It's also very clean and laid out nicely .

We leave Galway happier than normal, and that has been due to Denys, a great and very professional employee at this Starbucks. He served us very kindly and was great with us, as well as very pleasant. People who make your day better. Very good people. When you return, you have gained two regular customers. PS: the coffee made it especially good.

I like the atmosphere. I always look forward to trying the specials. For this season I preferred the hot chocolate better than the others. The staff are generally good, but not as friendly as the other cafes.

Traveling from the US, was happy to see my baby Starbucks. They had a lot of menus items I’ve never gotten to try before and some familiar ones missed back home.. the lime refresher was it die for, tiramisu was delicious as well. Fun location as well, great service you can expect from Starbucks

04/03/2024: Sult has recently updated their menu; Mammy dinners starting at around €8 offers bang for buck. Their chicken burger (fresh grilled chicken) is, in my opinion, the best chicken burger in Galway at the moment and all for €10 (inc. chips).... you won't get a better quality/price ratio anywhere else in Galway.

15/03/2024: Had a coffee and bagel here this morning. Food was ok bagel no butter and some bacon (that wasn't at all crispy) with a side of relish and cream cheese. Was ok and good value considering the world we live in a the moment. The downside was the girl at the till who served me wasn't a bit friendly. No menus available and when I asked for one she pointed over her head which was a lunch menu on a large board. She's reluctantly changed it so I could order. Wasn't a great experience to start day.
