Friendly staff member and very efficient, code required for bathroom. Only thing to improve on would be adding additional bathroom cleaning. Very convenient location.

I am addicted to the Pumpkin Spice Latte. And their cinnamon swirl. I am amazed how they can mess up both! Even taking the food to eat there, wasn't heated after asking, didn't get cutlery, and I don't really know how you can mess up the PSL. No cream on top after saying yes I want the cream, but the whole thing was just.... Not the usual PSL... For the prices they charge (9:30€) I am expecting the same thing in all Starbucks places... Shame, because the location is really nice..

Lovely bright quayside café, beautiful stairs, great views of the Liffey. Ideal to pass some time if you're waiting for public transport along George's Quay. Cosy inside. Café was almost full when I went in. Tables a bit grubby. They could use more staff; staff are nice though 😘 {Tip: Go before you go here - Only use the one toilet if you have to - bring your own paper, they never seem to have any!}

One of the most beautiful Starbucks in Dublin with a great view of the canal. However, I can't say the same about the atmosphere. Finding a seat is usually very difficult, especially the window seats on the second floor with the canal view, and even if you find one, they’re often not cleaned… and nobody bothers to clean them until you leave. The place has a very interesting staff; despite the dirty tables and toilets, they are just sitting and hanging out downstairs. Of course not all employees are like this—there's a friendly male cashier who usually works at the counter. If these service issues were resolved, it would be much better.
