We had a fabulous lunch here on 9th March. The food was exceptional. Great service. Comfortable surroundings. Our party of 4 was very impressed. I had a roast beef open sandwich that was top class. Excellent.
We had our wedding here on New Years Eve 2023!! It was such an incredible day and that was thanks to all at The Stephouse Hotel. It is a fantastic venue. We had our ceremony there also and just loved everything about the day.
The staff are all amazing, big thanks to Clodagh, Benny, Ruta, Rebecca and everyone else. They made the day so special and nothing was an issue. We received so many comments on how amazing you all were.
Secondly, the food is just out of this world. So many guests said it was the nicest food they have ever had at a wedding. I'm still dreaming of the mashed potatoes!!!
Thank you so much for making it the best day ever. We will definitely be back. Loads of our guests had never been to the hotel before and just couldn't get over how nice it is. A lot of them said they would be booking in to stay again.
If I could give you a hundred stars I would, 5 isn't enough. You're all wonderful!

Always great service with a smile, tbh I don't get to visit enough. The food is fantastic and the service is excellent, and the staff are great with kids. Highly recommend. Will be back sooner.
For those with kids there is play area across the road. And there is a great walk over the borris viaduct only 5 min away.
As good as ever, only paid €100 b&b for room. Hotel is decorated lovely for Christmas. Plenty to explore nearby, not only Borris itself but nearby St Mullins too
Went here for my mother's surprise meal with her friends. Great food and staff. Will be back for sure. Owners were so friendly and and chatty. Top marks!

Well worth a visit for bar food or restaurant.
