The rooms are well furnished. The cleanliness of the bathrooms is questionable. Decent breakfast. A little far from the center. For €250 per night I would expect much more

Nice hotel. Good location with nearby luas stop in Smithfield meaning Heuston station & city centre in easy reach. Rooms clean & comfy. Pity half the limited selection of tv channels didn't work. Hotel operates a "guest of the day" that means if selected you are proclaimed King or Queen of Ireland for the day and nobody can refuse you your heart's desire. Not really, you get a box of chocolates and a free drink at the bar. Not to be sniffed at!

Pleasant stay. Friendly knowledgeable staff no matter what time of day. Room clean. Great breakfast, plenty of choice. Only criticism the room could have been warmer especially this time of year.

Good and clean hotel with comfortable beds. Value for money was okay and the room was clean. Only the city center is a 15-20 minute walk away, if that is important to your selection criteria.

Great location & good value for money, friendly staff.

Just returned home from a stay here with 3 of my friends. The hotel was clean and well located. The staff of the hotel were lovely however we found the best was Cliff the night porter. Very professional and couldn't be more helpful, overall a lovely friendly gentlemen.

Hotel very well located in a quiet area. Very well served in terms of transport (Tram Luas less than 1 minute walk). The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. Lovely staff.

Stayed here for a city trip to Dublin in October. The hotel is located on 20-30 minute walking distance from the city centre with plenty of supermarkets and shops nearby. A big plus is the area Stoneybatter right around the corner (lots of cosy pubs and dinner options). The rooms are clean and well-equipped (tv, iron, kettle, tea, water, biscuits). Breakfast is buffet-style and includes lots of options. The breakfast room got rather crowded during morning rush and once we had to wait for about ten minutes for a table, but staff clearly tried their best to keep up with this, which we appreciated. In general the staff was super friendly and attentive. We would recommend staying here to others and would gladly return for another stay in the future.
