This hotel made my Dublin experience unforgettable.

Great little hotel in the center of Dublin. Good value for money. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Perfect location out of city. Quiet but super close to tram stop. 2 stops to Temple Bar. Local restaurants like Oscar's were great.

The room was really clean and comfortable but the heating is via water radiators and the water system can be annoyingly loud. Breakfast buffet was good, plenty of options and the staff were very friendly.

After arriving around midnight the hotel staff was very helpful even if the booked reservation got somehow cancelled. They provided us with a room right away and helped with getting our food that late at night. We stayed there for 2 nights, slept in comfortable beds and saw the sights. We would like to thank the staff for being very polite with us, and very helpful, especially with storing our bags after check out. Will come here again if we come back to Dublin. Amazing experience.

I stayed at this hotel recently and found it to be in a good, central location. Discounted parking is available, and access to the hotel is conveniently through the car park. The staff were all friendly and helpful throughout my stay.I booked an executive room, which had a small balcony. The room was comfortable enough, though the water wasn’t replaced daily. The heating only came on during the morning and evening, and while a portable heater was provided, it didn’t really warm the room effectively. The shower was positioned over the bath, and the water pressure was quite weak.The restaurant was okay but felt a bit soulless — very few people seemed to dine there. The bar is located in the same area, which made it feel less inviting and not the best place to relax or enjoy a drink. The drinks selection was disappointing, with no cocktails or Irish coffee available. The lobby area was also quite small and didn’t feel particularly welcoming.On a positive note, the food I did have was very nice, and breakfast offered a good selection with plenty of options. Overall, I don’t think I would stay here again, mainly because the bar and restaurant areas lacked atmosphere and comfort.

Good experience all round but I didn't avail of meals. Dinner seems rather limited. Rooms were very clean and well presented. Foyer sitting/waiting area welcome. Reception Team efficient and competent generally. Location suited my travel arrangements. Repeat stays likely and I would recommend to friends for a short stay. Probably too expensive for a longer stay.

Overall this hotel was fine for our 3 night stay. The staff at the desk was helpful by storing our bags when we arrived early. They were also able to get us into our room before normal check-in too. The room itself was overall clean but the bathroom was dated and a tad odd. The shower was a high step in and would not be suitable for someone older. The shower head was also abnormally low. I am only 5'6" and I could not fit under the stream without ducking. There was no fridge in the room, the walls were very thin and you could hear people in the hall/next room, and the hair dryer was lousy. The location was super convenient for everything downtown allowing us to walk everywhere. The only time we took a taxi was to go to Kilmainham Gaol which we probably could have walked to but we were in a rush. If you are looking for a convenient location, this hotel is great. However, overall I'd say this is not a 4-star hotel but rather max a 3. If you are looking for something more comfortable/premium, I'd stay somewhere else.

I stayed Maldron Hotel at Smithfield together with my family. It has very nice location just near to Twinkle Town. Also the hotel room is quite clean and to be cleaned everyday. if I go Dublin again, I definitely stay the same hotel again.

The room was nice and clean, and the check-in process was quick and easy. Great location, lots of restaurants close by. ​My only piece of feedback is regarding the bathroom: the bathtub was quite deep, making it a little difficult to step out safely. I almost slipped while exiting the tub. ​Overall, a good stay, just be cautious with the tub.
