Fine place. Great live music and bar staff. Front desk not very friendly or helpful the second time around. Ridiculous to have to wait 40 minutes for check in at a 4 star hotel.
Overall fine stay but that was not a great start

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!
Checked in yesterday. Came earlier and reception gladly stored baggage so we could go out.
Excellent check in experience.
Then, they gave us two complimentary cocktails, that were made perfectly 👌.
Not, pre made.
Coffee in room, beautiful 😍.
Water in room, Excellent.
Toiletries in room, Excellent quality.
Cleanliness, perfect 👌.
Breakfast.
Excellent welcome.
Informative staff, well presented.
Smart.
Brilliant Breakfast.

This hotel is fantastic, located in the city center, just a few meters from the famous Temple Pub.
The rooms are clean, spacious, and equipped with every comfort—bathrobes, slippers, and a safe—basically, it has it all.
The staff is incredibly friendly.
All in all, it's perfect for a stay in Dublin if you want to be centrally located.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough! Stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect! Comfy bed, great location, they even gave me partner a happy birthday card and chocolates on her birthday! Fantastic hotel and one I would definitely recommend.

Very clean Hotel, right in the heart of temple bar . Staff were absolutely brilliant at this hotel, very attentive and happy all round giving a great atmosphere.
