Stone Oven Bistro in Caherconlish

On the way from Cork and my friend and I needed to go to the bathroom so spotted a Circle K and thought I was going in the shop but no I had gone into Stone Oven Bistro what a find. We ordered a pizza to share the girl that served us was excellent had a smile and a chat with all customers it was a pleasure to be in her company. The pizza arrived very quick and I’d almost drive from galway to get another it was fantastic. I highly recommend this. If I’m down your way again I will definitely call in

We dined here last night, best pasta dish ever! Service from the staff was perfect, very nice decore and atmosphere.

What a find! Such friendly helpful people, especially Ian who went out of his way to bring me a drink and give us advice on something! And the food was really delicious, I had spag bol, garlic bread, best I've tasted! Wish we lived closer!!

Excellent Bistro, best pizzas I've ever tasted and they do lots more than pizza. Friendly staff and cosy interiors. UPDATE 2026: Two years on and it's still one of the best places in county Limerick, Happy New Year to the Stone Oven Bistro team!
