Stoop Your Head in Skerries

Excellent meal with great seafood chowder. I’d also recommend the steak. Sorry we didn’t take any pictures! Highly recommend this restaurant!

This is a superb restaurant, great service, overlooking the harbour and I wouldn’t hesitate to go here again. Great food, and especially go for the Dublin Bay prawns, they’re worth the extra spend..

Excellent food and service at lunch. Opted for a starter of mussels with two mains of the fish pie which was superb and really good tempura prawns. Two glasses of wine and a bottle of fizzy water came to €76 plus tip. Very happy to recommend. Sitting in the conservatory area can be a bit drafty as staff keep using the external door (which has a sign saying do not use). This is a small issue for an excellent experience

Always really enjoy our seafood in Stoop your Head. Friendly staff. Well worth coming over from Dublin City and starting with a walk around the park or harbour or even a dip in the sea

Lovley cosy restaurant food is fab very tasty

Our BnB host booked a table for us and we loved it! We shared chicken wings as a starter (quite spicy for me!) and had fish pie and cod florentine. Service was impeccable and very friendly! Our table wasn’t ready so we waited 15 minutes at the bar and to our great surprise, they didn’t appear on the bill!

I’ve always looked forward to Stoops since well the 90s.. it’s always been a great spot for seafood. Little underwhelmed this time tbh.service was very good but food was only ok. My sea bass tasted like it had been hanging around all week and the Kids pizza was soft and cheese tasted artificial. Nothing wrong per se but the prices demand a higher quality of food. Simple as that.
