Very comfortable rooms with responsive and helpful staff. Well located for walking to museums and attractions. Meals available in the restaurant.

This is a very nice Hotel. The room is extremely spacious, for the most part very clean and very tidy. The location is excellent. Walking distance from Limerick city centre Some attention is required though. At check in, I was somewhat disappointed to be left standing, then to add when I was greeted the FOH then proceeded into another phone call after starting to serve me. There was some more attention required when I reached my room. Left over decorations from valentines were not cleaned up from the room I was given and the shower head wouldn’t stay up while I attempted to shower. I reported this to the reception the next morning and everything was addressed. Had these issues not been addressed by the staff so well I would be disappointed, but on the contrary very well handled. I would recommend this hotel as a result.

Very good hotel in the centre of Limerick, with beautiful town and river view. Very good service, Antonio at reception was veey nice and helpful. Rooms are quite big and very clean, in the bathroom present bath and shower which is very handy. Nice swimming pool, gym, steam room and jacuzzi. Restaurant is nice too, breakfast was not big but it was enough. Dinner was a little bit disappointing as only one our dish was really good and tasty (salmon with prawns). Caesar salad was very disappointing... So I recommend to have dinner out, but bar is nice. Good place to stay!

We had a nice stay; food was good, and the staff was lovely; apart from the manager on duty that day (Sunday) who felt entitled to give her opinion when it wasn't requested.

Hotel booked for a business trip. It's very well located, very clean, and well-equipped (swimming pool, conference room, and gym). The rooms are well soundproofed, and the bed is very comfortable. My only complaint is the relatively high price and the breakfast buffet, which could be better (powdered orange juice, frozen pastries, etc.).

Cozy, clean hotel with easy access, wheelchair accessible, spectacular breakfast and service. The receptionist, Antônio, is Brazilian and made us feel very comfortable; hearing our language in a place where you want to relax is undoubtedly a gift. It has an on-site bar and restaurant, offering great comfort and convenience.

We only stayed for one night, but we were incredibly impressed by the cleanliness the feeling of comfort in the hotel and in our room. Luckily, we got an upgrade which was such a joy. There is a lovely pool, a tasty breakfast,and we really enjoyed our short time there.

I’ve stayed at the Strand hotel as part of a multi year company project taking place in Limerick and all I can share is that Strand has become my second home. I’m greeted warmly by all the staff, Antoni on reception is always a pleasure to deal with and knows me by name. The bacon served at breakfast is the best I’ve ever had. Beds and room are always comfortable and well serviced. Pleased to see the introduction of a “save the planet and skip the room clean to get €5 off in the restaurant/ bar” scheme. Dedicated hotel car parking underground is safe and secure. Night team on reception when arriving late or early check out are brilliant and handle everything with a smile - even told me about the option to request a take away breakfast in a box to take on my flight home! I look forward to seeing you all again soon
