Clean, comfortable rooms. Great location in walking distance of everything needed on a night away. Only irk is having to pay 12 eur per day for parking

Lovely experience in the restaurant.

Excellent service at a wedding here, with a great venue with views over Limerick. Food was delicious too. We had 3 children with us, including a newborn, and were well looked after.

Perfect city getaway 😍 hotel is fab, comfortable, pleasant staff and perfect city location.

Good hotel, very close to main limerick thoroughfare. I dropped points based on we paid for the parking, only to be told that it was free at the turnpike out. It is not the money, put being made to feel like a fool to pay 12 euros for parking. To find out that it was free. We just kept going instead of asking for a refund

Modern Hotel with all amenities within easy walk just across the bridge from the main streets of Lumerick. Average pricing for hotel in a city. Lovely food with friendly staff. Parking costs €12 a day. Breakfast at €14.50 p.p. but everything one could possibly need. Very comfortable room and bed with air conditioning bath and shower in en suite. Ironing board iron, safe and even a mini fridge. We got a lovely quiet room with direct access to gym and pool. Elevator access to parking. Not a lot of walking to get to the rooms.

Lovely hotel, but service staff numbers need increasing. For breakfast, there is no front of house staff to meet guests for breakfast. I (and other guests) have spent several minutes waiting for a staff member to appear and then to seat us. Same for dinner in the bar. Can spend long times trying to get a waiters/waitress attention to place an order, ask for something. The hotel needs to invest in staff numbers and also a staff member to meet guests when they turn up for breakfast instead of standing there hoping someone sees you waiting.

What a fabulous experience from the second we walked into the hotel to when we said goodbye. We arrived very early due to our flight time and met the most cheerful and helpful reception we've ever experienced. They bent over backwards to make us feel welcomed and valued as a customer so a huge thank you to Antonio and Emma for being so lovely. They moved our room so that we could have a better night’s sleep due to a large function and gave us a dream room overlooking the river, thank you both because it meant so much to us especially on Valentine's weekend. In the restaurant, Siobhan looked after us at breakfast fantastically well and what a huge personality she has for someone so small. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made us smile and laugh and added to the amazing experience. However, there was one negative part to the weekend, our team the Scarlets lost to Munster in the rugby, but we can't blame the staff or hotel for that, nevertheless, we will return next year and wish for better fortune. To finish off, thank you to all the staff who compliment the quality of the hotel and the brand. It was a first class experience and one we wholeheartedly recommend to everyone wishing to visit Limerick
