Sullivan's Royal Hotel and Restaurant in Gort

Went for dinner here the food was excellent the service was amazing and great value for money, portion size was just right. we will definitely be back again.

Every time I have eat in Sullivans the food is absolutely wonderful and I mean that 100%,the staff are top class and look after their customers, it is one of the top class hotels in Ireland because they do the one objective perfect the customer is looked after and customer service is great cheers Declan O Shaughnessy Tubber County Galway

A nightmare experience !!!! Stopped for lunch on way to Galway, after parking & sorting my husband into his wheelchair, only to find 3 steps into hotel . Lovely staff assisted with a ramp, not secured. Hard to push wheelchair up it but people passing by helped. Once inside another nightmare trying to use toilet. Men's toilet impossible to get into. Ladies toilet not much better but 1 very kind staff member assisted by stopping people going into toilets as unable to close toilet door. Towel roll was up high preventing a wheelchair user from reaching it to dry their hands. Food was lovely however the thought of how we were going to get out again on the ramp ruined my lunch. Only for the same staff member holding onto front of wheelchair while I went down it backwards , we would not be able to leave. I was terrified id slip . Its a total disgrace a hotel in a busy town not to have wheelchair access or toilets for wheelchair users. A terrible bad experience for both wheelchair user & companion. How would a wheelchair user on their own be expected to dine here !!!!! A thousand thanks to the lovely lady working there .

Stayed there this week and had a lovely time. Rooms are comfortable, food is great with generous portions and the staff are top notch! Anne and Mairéad especially! Would absolutely recommend.
