Took ages for food to come they had forgotten our order

10/10 for service recovery, got the wrong bag at the drive thru and didn’t realise until I went home , I went back and the manager on duty and the young gentleman that served me realised the mistake straightaway and apologised , food was ready within a few minutes and was superb when I got back home , just wanted to acknowledge their brilliance recovering the situation , thank you

Visiting from the UK but growing up supermacs was always a favourite of mine and Supermacs isn't available in the UK so I was very exited to get a delicious fresh meal Upon entering the restaurant was clean and tidy, Spacious plenty of seating and decorated well throughout. I initially went to use the machines to order my food but I couldn't update the drink to a milkshake so I went to the counter. I was approached quickly by a very welcoming and helpful server who took my order and offered to bring it to my table. The food arrived and it was piping hot which is amazing for a fast food restaurant having worked in McDonald's in my younger years I can tell you keeping food coming out in good time and hot was always a challenge that Supermacs is clearly accomplished in. Everything was tasty and fresh I had the 7.5oz fresh burger and chicken strips with secret sauce and it was all very tasty. 10/10 would recommend and genuinely hope to see an expansion into the UK soon

5/5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Fantastic experience at Supermac's in the Galway Shopping Centre! The staff here are wonderful, especially a lovely girl named Dipa. She was incredibly happy, welcoming, and took our order with a huge smile. Our food was brought straight to our table in no time at all. Excellent, fast customer service—thank you so much, Dipa!

Chicken brest sandwich is lovely!

Friend and I went to have lunch before a movie he got a lunch box and a got a pizza meal, first my pizza took 13 minutes to get and the chips lukewarm when I got them, second, in my friend's lunch box one piece of chicken was raw, the workers were very nice and gave him a new one. I love a supermacs but this was a bit underpar

Fastest service i have ever seen in a fast food restraunt but the chicken we got was raw but they gave us a replacement

Shoutout to Daniel on the drive-through! He has a brilliant attitude and a huge heart. He made us the absolute biggest and best 99 cones we’ve ever gotten from here. Outstanding service!
