Delicious tempting and tasty food

Despite the franchise being under new ownership for about two years now, the standard of food and service has been maintained. I would go out of my way to order here such is the consistency. It’s not perfect here but where is? I’ve had a small number (less than 3) of times when my order has been problematic. There has never been an issue resolving it. Typical of most SuperMac restaurants I’ve frequently actually. Must be a core value of the chain. Service here is friendly with a diverse and multicultural staff. Orders can take some time to prepare however but this is not necessarily a negative as it means orders are being prepared freshly. Management is very friendly and easy to deal with. Food is prepared freshly and you can tell in the taste. Only negative really is the restaurant seating area is not very appealing and I’ve not dined-in for years. This is perhaps more of a chain issue for SuperMacs. Overall, I would recommend it for consistently fresh and tasty food, and good service with a friendly smile.

Food was hot and tasty, but getting a bit expensive now for take away food

Usually absolutely fine, but tonight (30/11) ordered 2 large pizzas online. 1 Margarita (for my 7yo who explicitly likes plain cheese pizzas) and a half All The Meats/ Half Pepperoni. The youngest's was utterly littered with pepperoni under the cheese, and he won't eat it, in spite of the folk behind the counter assuring me implicitly that it was a Margarita. So now instead of enjoying what's usually great food, I'm cooking something separate for my son who is upset that he's the one missing out. Disappointed.

Enjoyable fish and chips served with knife , fork . Delicious with tartar sauce. Would recommend.
