I was attacked and jumped in the downstairs bathrooms I was screaming for help and when the workers saw me they started laughing lovey experience highly recommend the cookies and ice cream

I have been to many Supermacs around Ireland and have always had great food and services even during peak times. I can’t say the same for my experience in Supermacs in Blackrock. It was as if we were inconveniencing the staff member who took our order. The restaurant was quiet at this time so there was no excuse of being overwhelmed, she just wasn’t friendly or nice. The food had a plastic taste to it, which other Supermacs do not. If I was in Blackrock again, I can’t say I would be returning.

27/05/2025: I get breakfast there every few weeks and it’s delicious, fine big portions too, staff are very friendly and the place is spotless, highly recommended!
16/05/2025: Lovely staff, but they could really put more effort into the coffee. I walked 20 minutes, as recommended, to have a good coffee, but left disappointed.

09/07/2025: This is a review of the Personal Shopper experience. I needed an outfit for a wedding and was struggling to find anything. So I booked in for the free service, with Emma Claire. The whole experience was fantastic, so easy, Emma Claire listened to what I wanted, brought me various items to try on, about 10-12. I ended up buying three. There was absolutely no pressure to make a purchase. This is fantastic service if your looking for a specific item, wardrobe overhaul etc and I can't recommend Emma Claire highly enough.
