Supermac's & Papa John's Cork Road in Waterford

Tasty food. Visit regularly for a tuna sub. Really nice and staff are nice.

I opted for the 5oz burger and it was lovely My son said he would get the fish and chip. For a fast food place the fish and chip presentation was great but that's unfortunately where it ended. The fish lacked any real flavour my son who would eat anything had one bite of the fish and he was done. Message to owner change your fish supplier

Great Supermacs. Brilliant location too, and spotless clean.

We just want to commend you on a team member called Lucy, in your Cork Road restaurant. Even though you were quite busy, she never appeared rushed. In fact, this girl was personable and gave our young son time, whilst remaining super efficient, behind the counter. As customers, we don’t want to feel like we’re on a conveyor belt and Lucy was ever so friendly yet still professional. I asked her, her name because we believe in giving credit where it’s due. And well done, management, for training a team member like Lucy to care about her position. As a result, we’ll be back.

I was in there today and not for the first time, the manager Blane really stood out. It's the hottest day of the year and there was a child crying and he brought him an ice cream to cheer him up and then there was other kids around and he went around offering them to everyone. Such a lovely touch and really shows the family atmosphere that supermacs have created. Fair play to them , great to see and left a lovely feeling amongst everyone there. Oh and the food was the same as always, great!!!!

I have to post an update to my previous review. Our latest visit to Supermacs was a completely different, and wonderful, experience. The staff were far friendlier and more attentive than before. But what truly made our day was an act of kindness that went above and beyond. My son, who is autistic, was trying to open the door to the stairs. A staff member (a lovely female employee whose name is Natalia) didn't just open the door—she kindly and safely carried him up the stairs herself. This simple act of kindness has changed my view.
