My partner got my 30th birthday cake from here and I have to say it was pure magical!! From the presentation, attention to detail, taste everything was amazing, highly recommend this bakery

Very friendly staff, quick service and best breakfast/brunch options in Carlow :) opted for a pesto panini without meat and the chef was very quick to suggest sun-dried tomatoes. 10/10

06/06/2025: Ducked in out of the rain and was treated to some good coffee and nice muffin. Recommend it for the warm greeting by staff alone. Stop in

25/10/2024: I had an excellent dining experience at Lotus in Carlow. The food was delicious, with authentic flavors and generous portions. The service was top-notch, attentive and friendly, making us feel very welcome. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing meal. I highly recommend Lotus for anyone looking for great Chinese cuisine in Carlow!
