Left standing at food counter for a very long time no acknowledgement that we were there.With Costa opening shortly they need to wake up or lose alot of custom.

Had amazing food here last week, 4 of us had lunch and we're all delighted with what we received. Ryan behind the counter was lovely to deal with too. Couldn't recommend enough and will definitely be back!

I was here on last Sunday afternoon with my Mother who is wheelchair bound. I would like to praise the lovely male staff member who helped us at our table. He was so kind and went out of his way to make us comfortable. We also love the coffee here and it is so convenient for my Mother. Thank you

Not great tbh. 7€ for bowl of soup, not even bread on the side. Salads were either dry or tasteless. Staff are pleasant. Not their fault food is bad. Fine for a coffee but I won't be having lunch there again unfortunately. Think many people must feel the same as place was dead for what should be the busiest time.

Nice place and spacious. I ordered the soup as the lettuce in the salad options at the counter didn’t look appealing. Pricing seemed high for some of the menu items and there were no glasses available only paper cups. The children’s sausage and chips were very plentiful and well priced. I would go again with the kids and maybe have a hot drink and a piece of cake as their desserts looked lovely.

This is a lovely place. Good food and very nice stuff. I'm from Poland and it was such a pleasure to chat with one polish girl from the stuff, also she made me delicious coffee. Thank you if I'll be in Galway again I definitely visit this place one more time.;))

Shake Dog

12/06/2024: Loved this place! Reminded me of Steak & Shake in the states. Food was close to American but just different enough to let you know you're in Ireland! Would definitely visit again if I ever get back to Galway.
18/05/2024: We actually went here by mistake, but we will definitely be back. The atmosphere of the American bistro is perfect, the food is amazing and the prices are okay. The local shakes are a chapter in themselves. Thick, giant, served in a stainless steel "cup", so they stay ice cold throughout the meal, and with whipped cream on top. I had a KitKat and ended up eating the large pieces of biscuit with a fork. Brčko wasn't enough for them :-⁠D On our second visit, we tried the Dot dog and the wings. Both were great again. The restaurant confirmed that it is really worth stopping here for a proper meal. By the way... They have their own ketchup and mustard on the tables. Not started. Not because they were newly added, but simply because the guests like the food as it is prepared and don't need any added sauces.
