The food and atmosphere at Tang is always nice. It's flavourful, modern, good value and looks amazing on the plate. Their Cumberland location always seem busy, and has indoor seating as well as outdoors. A bit surprising that they don't open on Sunday as the menu is great for a weekend brunch. There seemed to be a few hiccups with orders / some confusion in the kitchen when we visited, but the staff were very friendly and attentive. There is bike parking right outside and an easy stroll into town. Edit (1 year on): They have added a roof for their outdoor area, which makes it even better for strollers and people with accessibility needs. Staff is as lovely as always and breakfast service was very quick, eggs perfectly runny. Mushroom on toast is SO tasty!!

Went in for lunch. I got a wrap with Moroccan lamb, traditional hummus, all the fillings and some tzatziki. I can confidently say it was the best wrap I’d ever had and it cost less than a tenner. Staff are all so so friendly as well. Can’t recommend enough

Best tang location due to the outside seating! Perfect on a sunny morning. The food is great for breakfast or lunch and they have amazing pastries and desserts. Even when there is a long queue for the table staff are friendly and manage to get everyone in and out. Staff also make great recommendations if you are not up for making a decision 🙃. Prices are also very fair.

Delicious food! Could use a little less salt on some dishes. But enjoyed every dish. Is a shared dinner and really worth a visit!
